Combine all ingredients in a small airtight glass jar, like a mason jar.
Swirl gently to combine.
To use: I like to keep a stack of these cotton applicators on hand to dip in the face wash to dampen the pad and then across my face and down my neck. You could also fill a jar with cotton pads until they soak up all the liquid and then pull them out one at a time. They will be damp and ready to go. I find that it lasts longer if I just use what I need as I go day by day. If you are gifting the face wash, I would recommend adding the pads so it’s ready to use!
Follow up with your favorite toner and moisturizer.
This mixture will last and be good for up to a month.
