Peppermint Chocolate Mousse

  1. Blend avocado with melted coconut oil until smoother than a baby’s bum
  2. Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth, scraping down sides as you need.
  3. Scrape into a bowl and refridgerate until firm.
  4. If it’s too thick to blend you can add some water or coconut milk, a little at a time until it reaches a smooth consistency.
