Maple Pecan Buttercream

1/2 cup chopped pecans

4 ounces Butter room temperature

4 ounces cream cheese room temperature

½ cup Powdered Swerve

¼ cup Heavy Whipping Cream

2 teaspoons maple extract

Time: 15m

Place all ingredients in the bowl of a food processor and process until smooth and fluffy. You may need to add a little more cream or almond milk to get the right consistency.
Use as a frosting or as a spread on the chocolate chaffle.
