Keto Pizza Dough
1 cup almond flour
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 TBSP cream cheese
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees
Combine mozzarella and cream cheese in a microwave safe bowl, microwave for 1 minute. Mix well.
Mix in the egg, combine.
Add almond flour, combine until it forms a dough.
Place the dough between 2 sheets of parchment paper and roll it out into the shape of your pizza pan.
Place the dough and parchment paper on the pizza pan. Remove the top layer of parchment and bake for 10-12 min until slightly browned.
Remove from oven. Flip the prepared pizza crust onto the baking sheet with the parchment paper. Remove the parchment paper. The crust is ready to be topped.
